At PassMyEssay, we believe privacy is a fundamental right, especially for students. We have architected our entire system around the principle of Zero Data Retention.

1. No Essay Storage

When you submit text to be humanized or checked, it is processed in ephemeral memory (RAM). Once the session is closed or the result is delivered, the data is instantly wiped from our servers. We do not build databases of student work.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary for account management and billing:

• Email address (for login)
• Payment token (handled securely by Stripe)
• Usage quotas (word counts)

3. No Third-Party Training

We do not sell your text data to third parties, nor do we use your submissions to train public AI models. Your intellectual property remains yours.

4. Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. While we don't store your essays, the connection between your browser and our processing engine is bank-grade secure.
