    Your plan will be marked non-renewing. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period. After that, the subscription becomes inactive and you can resubscribe whenever you want.

    Refund policy in short

    All purchases are final. AI detection algorithms change constantly and are run by third parties, so we cannot guarantee any specific outcome — and we do not refund based on detector results, output quality, or change of mind.

    We do refund in a limited set of cases:

    • Duplicate charges — billed twice for the same period.
    • Incorrect billing amount — charged more than the listed price.
    • Extended outage — service unavailable for 24+ consecutive hours during your paid period (prorated credit).

    Requesting a refund

    If you fall into one of the exceptions above, email billing@passmyessay.com with the subject Refund Request - [your account email] and a brief description of the billing issue. We respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe in 5–10 business days.

    Cancellation ≠ refund

    Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing — it does not refund the time you already paid for. If you cancel mid-period you keep using the tool until the period ends, then you stop being billed.
